Upon successful enrollment and payment, students will receive access to their chosen courses and learning materials via their personal accounts on our website.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience to our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Cancellation and Refund Request: If a student decides to cancel their enrollment within the first 3 days of the course start date, they are eligible for a full refund of the course fee. Refund Process: Once we receive a valid refund request within the stipulated time, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for enrollment.

Course Progress and Refunds: If a student has completed a significant portion of the course, as determined by Quran Learn Academy, a partial refund may be considered based on the remaining unused portion of the course.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties or issues that prevent a student from accessing our services, we will work diligently to resolve the problem. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory resolution within 7 days, a full refund may be issued upon request.

Course Material and Access: Once a student has accessed and utilized course materials, including video lessons, learning resources, and assessments, a refund request may be subject to review and evaluation by Quran Learn Academy.
